Refund policy
All Sales Are Final – No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges
All items sold by Bralissa are final sale. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong item, size, color, or variation
- Not reading the product description, measurements, or policies
- Fit issues or personal preference
- Delays in shipping or carrier delivery
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or monitor settings
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, photos, and descriptions prior to completing their purchase.
Limited Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are the following:
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos of the item and packaging. If the claim is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier and tracking has not updated for 5 days or more, we may offer a replacement or store credit once the carrier investigation is completed.
Agreement to Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. No exceptions will be made once an order has been placed.
